Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from when the package is received by the customer.

The product will be qualified for a return if

  1. Product is purchased directly from Smoked Clothing’s desktop/mobile sites or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  2. In case of issues or defect in any or all the pieces

We request you to preserve the merch in its original condition along with the packaging and tag.

Once we receive the returned product, a quality check of the product would be carried at our end and if the product passes the quality check we will credit the amount to your account as store credit which can be redeemed against your next purchaseIf the returned product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Return Process

Customers can schedule their return any time within 7 days of the package received. To make this process hassle free, you can download the ‘Return Form’ here.

The product can be returned by ‘Self Shipping’ using a reliable courier service to the below mentioned address. Self shipped products will not be qualified for refund if it is not officially informed to us through return form or mail sales@smokedclothing.com

A reverse pick up can be scheduled from our end. Reverse pick up facility is available only on limited pincodes.

Refund Policy

  • Customers can claim a refund on the returned product within 7 days anrom the date of delivery.
  • The refund amount will be available in your account as store credits which can be claimed against your purchase on smokeclothing.com
  • For self shipped products, a refund amount of INR 100 would be added to your Smoked Clothing account as store credits. Kindly choose your courier service provider wisely.
  • Once we receive the product, refund will be initiated, subject to the product passing our internal quality check. Once passed, the refund amount would reflect within 24 hrs in your Smoked Clothing account and a separate mail will be sent to the customer with all the required information.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not have any exchange policy. If you have any issue with the product, kindly return it and claim store credits. Return form is available here. For further assistance write to sales@smokedclothing.com.
